Location: Southampton - This role necessitates access to transportation due to frequent travel requirements, including daily commutes and occasional multi-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Service Users in accessing appropriate housing options.
  • Collaborate with various partner organizations, including Local Authorities, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords.
  • Conduct thorough assessments for all referred Service Users to identify the necessary level of support.
  • Deliver personalized support to Service Users, both individually and in group settings, based on their specific needs.
  • Engage with colleagues from partner organizations to facilitate successful housing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vulnerable or challenging individuals, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Proficient in Case Management, including managing multiple clients and their expectations.
