We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations and Innovation Leader to join the University of Leeds as an Academic and Operations Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the University's strategic objectives and contributing to the development of the National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Lead a highly functional operational team, comprising Technology & Innovation Managers, Communication & Outreach Manager, Programme Manager, Skill & EDI Officer, and Impact & Engagement Officer, to ensure the delivery of NAPIC's scientific and translational strategy.
  2. External Partnerships: Develop and manage external relationships with academic and commercial partners, overseeing all budgetary aspects and the delivery of funded projects.
  3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of NAPIC's strategic plan, aligning with the University's overall objectives and vision.

Requirements
