Cleaner Exeter Library

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Exeter Library. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the library, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc cleaning services to all areas of the library
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives
  • Build good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and members of the public

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work to defined standards in a quality-driven environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
