Master Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Toolbaseltd. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

• Project Planning and Execution

Develop and implement detailed project plans, taking into account building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Oversee and coordinate the installation of structures, textures, and other building components, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including replacing or repairing damaged or defective parts, to ensure the longevity of our constructions.

Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and utilized to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Blueprint Reading and Interpretation

Accurately read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Apply advanced woodworking techniques and skills, including precision measurement, hand tool proficiency, and power tool operation, to deliver high-quality results.

Design, build, and install frames, including roof framing, drywall installation, and staircase building, to meet client requirements and building codes.

Construct and install cabinets, doors, and windows, ensuring precise fitment and high-quality finishes.

Install decks and flooring, taking into account client preferences, building codes, and safety standards.

Perform repair and restoration tasks, including sanding and finishing, to maintain the integrity and appearance of our constructions.

Accurately estimate and procure materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.

Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and clients.

Develop and implement detailed project layouts and designs, taking into account client requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

Set up and maintain scaffolding and rigging systems, ensuring safe access and efficient project execution.
