Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Belfast

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with Reactive Recruitment due to the growth of our client's operations and increasing project demands. We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and oversight of documentation
  • Preparation of quantity take-offs for tendering and cost planning
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets
  • Handling accounts, including measured works and variations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Technical expertise in the Construction and Façade sectors
  • Familiarity with various contract types (JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts)
  • Understanding of labor, plant, and material resources, including associated rates and outputs
  • Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
