About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and brand awareness through our e-commerce stores across Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the website and its contents to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor sales strategies, KPIs, and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales performance to ensure stock availability and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase web traffic and enhance online engagement.
- Ensure the website's functionality, including payment processing gateways and AI-powered chatbots.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more European languages (ideally)
- Previous experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and web development languages
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills
