About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Weekend Sales Representative to join the team of an award-winning independent home interior brand based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of furniture collections, including materials, finishes, dimensions, and design options.
  • Follow up on existing leads generated through website enquiries and non-complete orders.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide expert advice on our product range.
  • Listen to customer requirements and recommend solutions to their needs to drive sales.
  • Add new customer leads to the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

About the Hours and Rewards

In the role of Weekend Sales Representative, you will be required to work weekends only on Saturday and Sunday. Our client is flexible and will also consider just one weekend day.

About You

To be successful in the role of Weekend Sales Representative, you need to have/be:

  • Demonstrable experience of proactively building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence.

  • Self-motivated with a sales drive and high levels of energy.
