About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Baston House School, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students as needed
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral well-being
