Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years' experience in construction project management, preferably with a background in building construction.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and make informed decisions.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and a good understanding of construction methods and materials.
  5. Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
