Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to join our QSHE Department, providing Health & Safety and Environmental support to our ongoing operations and project support in accordance with ISO 45001 & 14001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement the company safety management system and environmental management system.
- Provide expertise in safety and environmental regulations, coaching and mentoring other safety/compliance staff within the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety and environmental best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in safety and environmental regulations, with knowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience in developing and implementing safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
