The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the governance, strategy, and management of facilities operations, capital projects, and corporate health & safety protocols.
This role is a full-time, 12-month engagement offering competitive remuneration.
Strategic Oversight:
Lead the strategic direction and execution of facilities management operations, capital initiatives, and health & safety measures.
Capital Project Oversight:
Manage the planning and implementation of the organization's capital projects, focusing on areas such as educational facilities, corporate assets, and sustainability efforts.
Asset Management:Ensure that all property assets are effectively maintained, regularly inspected, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Health & Safety Leadership:
Develop and implement the health & safety strategy, including emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
Transformation of Facilities Management:
Drive the transformation and enhancement of the facilities management service, ideally suited for candidates with experience in a corporate landlord framework.
Public Sector Expertise:
Extensive experience within local or central government or significant public sector organizations is essential.
Project Leadership:
Demonstrated capability in managing complex corporate and service projects, particularly in overseeing substantial capital initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
Proven experience in budget management and financial stewardship is required.
