Panoramic Associates is seeking a highly skilled Interim Headteacher to partner with a SEMH school in the North West of England. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive school development and improve Ofsted ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the school's improvement strategy, focusing on student outcomes and staff development.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff to enhance teaching and learning practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the school's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Interim Headteacher or in a similar leadership role.
