About the Role
  • Work on varied projects in the Residential sector, gaining valuable experience and skills in building surveying and construction management.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate tenders, developing your commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Read and interpret drawings, enhancing your technical knowledge and understanding of building design and construction.
  • Participate in site visits and liaise with other departments, site managers, and external contractors, developing your communication and teamwork skills.
  • Receive comprehensive training to become a qualified Building Surveyor, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
