Housing Manager Communities Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Manager to join our team at Home Group, working with our communities in Teesside, Durham & Sunderland. As a Housing Manager, you will be the face-to-face customer support, providing excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a community plan in collaboration with our customers and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the community you work in, covering our general needs, shared ownership and leasehold customers, and decide on the necessary course of action.
  • Work closely with our Neighbourhood Assistants, Financial Inclusion Partners and Community Housing Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Improve our local neighbourhoods through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates.

Requirements
