Tax Director

Public Practice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead the provision of personal tax advisory work for a diverse and growing client portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of autonomously managing a portfolio in practice, with excellent communication skills and sound attention to detail. They will be a proactive problem-solver, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn from an experienced team.
The Tax Director will be responsible for leading advisory work for a significant portfolio of personal tax clients, including tax compliance and planning projects. They will monitor all commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met. The successful candidate will also oversee junior team members, providing training and support, and champion their own professional development.
