Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 driver to join our team at HSS Hire Bellshill. As a key member of our delivery and collection service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect equipment to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections using our smartphone app.
- Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly and safely, adhering to all traffic laws and the highway code.
- Represent HSS Hire and its values, providing professional service to customers and assisting with loading and unloading equipment.
Requirements:
- Category C (Class 2) driving license.
- Valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of safe loading and transporting of hazardous goods.
- Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.
