**Job Title:** Drainage Technician - Van Driver

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drainage Technician - Van Driver to join our team at Streamline Services Consultancy Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing drainage systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal functionality, particularly working with liquid waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems to ensure proper functionality with a focus on liquid waste management.
  • Diagnose drainage issues and implement effective solutions to prevent system failures.
  • Operate and maintain drainage equipment and tools to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventative measures to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drainage projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Document all maintenance and repair work performed, including detailed records of equipment usage and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and providing updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex drainage issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
  • Working at Height, First Aid, Street Works, Jetting, and Manual Handling certifications (training provided).
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and systematic approach to work, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
