Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Mitchell Adam. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller and Head of Finance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a part-qualified team of two, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial reporting tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve financial reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, with a focus on year-end and month-end reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
