We are seeking an experienced Education Administrator to join our esteemed institution. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional administrative support for various educational initiatives within the Blizard Institute.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our educational offerings. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the growth of educational programs while adhering to established protocols for optimal service delivery.
  • Engaging in diverse operational tasks related to education, including timely responses to inquiries from students and staff.
  • Compiling data for reporting purposes and managing updates for online learning platforms.
  • Coordinating teaching logistics and overseeing financial transactions related to educational activities.

This role emphasizes daily program management, which involves:

  • Collaborating with faculty on teaching schedules and student communications.
  • Processing assessments and managing budgetary considerations.
  • Maintaining precise student records and managing timetables efficiently.
  • Addressing queries promptly to ensure a smooth educational experience.

Additionally, the role may require support for on-site educational events, such as recruitment fairs and summer programs.

The Blizard Institute, established in 2003, is a prominent entity within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London.
