Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our educational offerings. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the growth of educational programs while adhering to established protocols for optimal service delivery.
- Engaging in diverse operational tasks related to education, including timely responses to inquiries from students and staff.
- Compiling data for reporting purposes and managing updates for online learning platforms.
- Coordinating teaching logistics and overseeing financial transactions related to educational activities.
This role emphasizes daily program management, which involves:
- Collaborating with faculty on teaching schedules and student communications.
- Processing assessments and managing budgetary considerations.
- Maintaining precise student records and managing timetables efficiently.
- Addressing queries promptly to ensure a smooth educational experience.
Additionally, the role may require support for on-site educational events, such as recruitment fairs and summer programs.

The Blizard Institute, established in 2003, is a prominent entity within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London.
