Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving the financial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Conducting P&L reviews and balance sheet reconciliations to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial stability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including finance and non-finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leading presentations and reports to senior management and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to delivery, proposing solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implementing processes to enhance the customer journey and ensure accurate reporting, including the development and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
  • Completing ad hoc reports and leading projects with the support of an assistant management accountant to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or QBE, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Experience in a similar finance role, with a proven track record of driving financial success and improvement.
  • Proactive approach with a desire to support continuous improvement and drive business growth.
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including finance and non-finance teams.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
