We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and software at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MCITP certification
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience with VPN setup and configuration
  • Experience with laptop and PC assembly and installation
