About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our team at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited. As a key member of our global sourcing organization, you will be responsible for leading the procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring that our business needs are met while maintaining a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Management: Lead the sourcing of indirect goods and services, ensuring that our business needs are met while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Category Management: Develop and implement multi-year category sourcing strategies that align with our business requirements, advising stakeholders on supply network capabilities, market trends, and supplier best practices.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate and maintain robust supply contracts that meet our business requirements, ensuring competitive, ethical, and sustainable supply while mitigating risk.
  • Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance versus agreed key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement across the indirect supply base.
  • Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with policies and procure-to-pay processes, working closely with finance business partners to ensure accurate savings reporting and tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
