Job Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the e-commerce sales strategy and operations for our UK mi.com platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement E-Commerce Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to drive sales growth and revenue for our UK mi.com platform.
- Manage E-Commerce Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product management, marketing campaigns, and sales promotions.
- Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Provide Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on e-commerce sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Full-time Internship: This is a full-time internship opportunity.
- E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native Mandarin Speaker: Must be a native Mandarin speaker.
