About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our team as a Policy Executive. As a key member of our Bad Debt Protection team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data within our main databases and assisting with the management of claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data within our main databases, including Dancerace, EBonded, and other spreadsheets.
  • Collate information on overdue invoices and report to our insurers after receiving updates from the network.
  • Gather information from various sources to enable management reports to be generated.
  • Assist with the reporting of data to our insurers.
  • Assist with the management of claims.
  • Deliver training to new starters on eCapital's systems and processes.

Requirements
  • GCSEs at grade A – C/9-4 in English Language and/or Mathematics.
  • Experience of dealing with the public or customers, over the telephone, face-to-face, or via email (full training will be provided).
