Position Overview

Harewood Surgery is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to become a part of our esteemed rural healthcare team. The role offers a high degree of flexibility in both working hours and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our practice, you will collaborate with a diverse team that includes a Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Social Prescribers, GP Care Advisors, a First Contact MSK Physiotherapist, and a Clinical Pharmacist, along with proficient dispensing and administrative personnel.

Our practice operates with a well-structured system of pre-bookable, triage, and urgent appointments, which is well-received by our patient community. Home visits are infrequent, and the local facilities are excellent. Being a small practice, we pride ourselves on knowing our patients personally and delivering a compassionate service that emphasizes continuity of care.

Familiarity with Emis software is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
