Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated customer care abilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and convey pertinent information clearly.
  • Competence in performing basic calculations.
  • Proficiency in email and internet communication.
