Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

- Familiarity with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated customer care abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and convey pertinent information clearly.
- Competence in performing basic calculations.
- Proficiency in email and internet communication.
