Ritz Recruitment is a progressive property management firm located in a vibrant urban area, managing a diverse portfolio of premium properties. We are currently in search of a dedicated and proficient Maintenance Coordinator to enhance our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our property portfolio. This includes organizing maintenance and compliance tasks with both internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all maintenance operations and manage the maintenance personnel within the designated area.
  • Guarantee that properties are secure, well-maintained, and adhere to all applicable regulations.
  • Prioritize and schedule both reactive and preventive maintenance to meet service level agreements.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize technical expertise and collaborate with the broader team to determine the most suitable internal or external contractor or solution to meet service expectations.
  • Organize compliance certifications and necessary remedial work as required.
