The organization is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who possesses a comprehensive understanding of all transport modalities to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator

  • Engaging with a diverse range of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including shipping companies, transporters, and storage facilities.
  • Creating and managing internal documentation.
  • Generating invoices for services rendered.
  • Reviewing and addressing supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator

  • A demonstrated successful history of at least one year in a similar role within a small to medium-sized freight forwarding company.
  • Familiarity with FCL (Full Container Load) processes is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with a personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

Compensation and Benefits
