Job Overview:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the shopping experience on our platform through innovative conversational technologies. Role Responsibilities:
In this high-profile position, you will:

  1. Define and articulate the product vision that aligns with our strategic goals.
  2. Take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including customer research, UX design, marketing, legal, and engineering to deliver impactful features.
  4. Establish and manage key business and feature metrics to gauge customer engagement and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in launching successful consumer products in global markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- A strong history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience navigating complex product development cycles and delivering technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An MBA along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- A demonstrated capacity to comprehend and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with both internal and external stakeholders.
