About the RoleAs an Environmental Due Diligence Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting site investigations, undertaking Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and reviewing environmental compliance. You will also have the opportunity to work on business development and client stewardship skills, as well as supporting ESG assessments in the context of property or company transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Support site investigations and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Review environmental compliance, including permits, licenses, and carbon obligations
- Report writing, including Red Flag Portfolio Summary Reports
- Support business development and client stewardship skills
- Assist with ESG assessments in the context of property or company transactions
We are looking for a graduate with a relevant first degree and a good understanding of digital solutions for environmental challenges. You should be willing and able to travel, with a full driving license or access to reliable transport. You will also need to be able to work flexibly under pressure, responding to changing project demands.
