- Manage staff performance issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in housekeeping or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent grooming standards and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Competitive salary of £28,000 to £29,000 per year.
