About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
