About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products from our manufacturing sites to our UK and EU warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit third-party invoices and raise purchase orders on our system
  • Accurately input data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, both manually and via upload
  • Manage inventory by raising stock transfers and movement requests
  • Redirect inbound shipments and update our system and third-party stakeholders
  • Receipt and inspect inbound shipments, identifying any discrepancies and following through to resolution
  • Monitor and resolve any system issues
  • Monitor and action daily reports
  • Provide documentation to our freight forwarder for customs clearance
  • Elevate key issues to leadership proactively and in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment dealing with imports or logistics
  • Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally with Oracle
