About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at Ealing Council. As a key member of our Strategy & Change function, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and improvement across the council.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team responsible for assessing and reviewing current working practices and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the potential impact of priority areas for improvement and ensure the success and impact of improved processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

About You
