Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing and processing weekly and monthly payrolls, maintaining high data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations.
• Handle end-to-end payroll tasks, including submitting payroll documentation to HMRC and pension regulators.
• Utilize Brightpay and other cloud software for streamlined operations.
• Maintain employee records and assist with year-end processes, ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end payroll processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
