About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the young people we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
Requirements
  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Experience of working within school environments.
  • Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
