We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the young people we support.
Key Responsibilities- Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
- Experience of working within school environments.
- Valid UK full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- A competitive salary up to £53,200 (pro-rata, dependent upon experience).
- A £2,000 training allowance to support your professional development.
- A friendly and inclusive working environment where your skills and expertise are valued.
- Ongoing support and supervision to ensure your success in the role.
