AI Program Manager at Amazon UK Services Ltd.

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled AI Program Manager to spearhead pioneering initiatives in the creation and implementation of advanced generative AI technologies.

In this role, you will establish the strategic direction and framework for Amazon's generative AI projects within the staffing sector. You will work closely with diverse teams to design and execute generative AI strategies that revolutionize how Amazon attracts, recruits, and develops exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interdisciplinary projects to create and oversee generative AI solutions.
  • Partner with data analysts, software engineers, and product leaders to deploy generative AI strategies across various applications.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR, generative AI regulations, and other pertinent legal standards.
  • Facilitate brainstorming, prototyping, and continuous enhancement of generative AI models.
  • Supervise the rollout of generative AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with current operations.
  • Establish governance structures and compliance protocols for the ethical application of generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct evaluations and monitoring of generative AI solutions to maximize efficiency.
  • Promote the advantages of generative AI within the organization and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Manage project schedules and resource distribution for effective execution.
  • Create and present Generative AI training materials and conduct interactive training sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leveraging data and metrics to drive enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing intricate AI/ML initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI models and algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Experience in leading process optimization efforts.
