Are you a skilled culinary professional with a passion for food? We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and dependable culinary specialists to support our esteemed clients.
Experience Required: Previous culinary experience is essential.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assisting with various kitchen operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food preparation and tasks assigned by superiors to uphold the restaurant's standards and quality.
- Adhere to the guidance and recommendations from immediate supervisors to fulfill daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Supervise junior chefs or commis, providing guidance and support.
- Estimate daily production requirements and assess the quality of raw and cooked food items to ensure compliance with standards.
- Guarantee that the production, preparation, and presentation of food consistently meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications: A Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.
