Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Le Labo. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to inspire and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your retail expertise and cash handling experience to perform start and end of day cash reconciliations, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview.
