About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Advertising & Partnerships Specialist to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for creating and executing tailored packages of media to meet client marketing objectives across our channels in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute 360 Campaigns: Work with our Creative Advertising & Partnerships Senior Manager and Sales Team to deliver comprehensive campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, strategy, vision, storytelling, design, production execution, revenue tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Communication and Conversion Strategies: Develop and implement communication and conversion strategies on digital and linear platforms, including publishers and other relevant channels.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to campaign concepts, including reach, traffic, conversion, audiences, analytics, retargeting, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with multi-cultural and multi-level teams, including internal departments and regional teams, to drive business success.
  • Business Acumen: Think strategically about the bottom line, creative trends, and client needs, working with leadership to drive business ahead of the competition.
  • End-to-End Creative Production: Have experience with the A-to-Z creative production process, including ideation, strategy, pitch, copywriting, copy supervision, on-site production supervision, post-production supervision, vendor hiring, vendor supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and post-buy video production for successful business cases.
Desired Characteristics
  • Market Expertise: Experienced professional working across markets with top networks, including a solid background and understanding of digital advertising in the Mexico and Latam market.
  • Sales Cycle Understanding: Understand the sales cycle and the importance of pushing branded entertainment to drive revenue.
  • Content Production Knowledge: Knowledge of content production, including static, video, interactive, and other relevant formats.
  • Engagement-Driven Marketing: Understanding of engagement-driven marketing activities, including events, promotions, sweepstakes, contests, and merchandising.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance client brand objectives and marketing-driven thinking with commercially driven thinking and savvy.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a relevant major, with 3+ years of creative solutions/sales experience, either in-house or with a media/creative agency, or equivalent ad sales marketing experience.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international environment or in multiple local markets.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Digital World Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the digital world, social media, and technology platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Video Editing Skills: Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for editing simple videos.
  • On-Field Production Experience: Experience with on-field production, illumination, and direction concepts.
  • Travel and Location Work: Willingness to work in location and travel across regions.
