Key Responsibilities - Project Site Coordinator

Your role within the manufacturing facility will involve overseeing the planning and execution of both capital and operational projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
You will manage supplier selection, financial oversight, and client acceptance processes. You will be responsible for factory equipment, including packaging, processing, and utility systems.
Reporting directly to the Project Engineering Manager, you will have the autonomy to implement practical, cost-effective projects that meet specified timelines and budgets.
You will mentor and develop cross-functional teams of engineers and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
The projects will encompass factory equipment, packaging, processing, and site operations.
You will lead engineering and production teams during the installation and commissioning of equipment, supplier selection, User Requirement Specifications (URS), feasibility studies, and equipment commissioning.
Qualifications & Requirements - Project Site Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering, with a focus on mechanical, chemical, or electrical disciplines, and experience in complex process manufacturing environments.
Backgrounds in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering are preferred, particularly in regulated settings and high-volume production.
Experience in developing technical engineering solutions within automated environments is essential.
