Prospect Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in the Stevenage area. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to deliver high performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer immunizations and vaccines to patients, promoting public health and well-being.
  • Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, General Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Ownership and delivery of financial targets for the store, driving business growth and success.

**Benefits Package:**

  • Competitive salary: £58,000 per annum (Monday to Saturday) or £48,000 per annum (Monday to Friday)
  • 45 hours per week, with a paid lunch break
  • Lucrative bonus structure, recognizing individual and team achievements

**Requirements:**

  • GPHC registered Pharmacist only
  • Managerial experience desired, with a proven track record of success in a community pharmacy setting
  • Business-minded, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and management
