Move / Relocation Consultant

Red Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Move / Relocation Consultant to join their team in London. As a key member of the relocation services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the relocation process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage household goods and destination services programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients throughout the relocation process
  • Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move
  • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations, visa requirements, and local resources
  • Continuously seek ways to improve relocation services and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in move coordination and/or relocation management
  • Strong knowledge of household goods and destination services programs
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
