Food Stock Manager

Peppermint Bars & Events is seeking a highly skilled Stock Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining stock systems and processes, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain stock systems and processes to ensure accurate inventory management
- Work closely with the Senior Stock Controller to maximize warehouse stock and optimize procurement
- Manage relationships with brands and suppliers to ensure target GPs and suitable retails are achieved
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide regular reporting and actionable feedback
- Collaborate with all departments and suppliers to track carbon emissions and strive for Net Zero by 2027
- Support venue teams with onsite training and development, and assist with festival and event operations
- Proven experience in stock management, procurement, and inventory control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant systems for stock management and reporting
- UK Right to Work and a valid passport for travel abroad
- Full UK Driving Licence
