About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our Corporate Sales department at our Hatfield Dealership. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all administration paperwork for vehicle sales, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain our stock and customer database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Register sold vehicles and provide statistical and department-related information to the management team.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure the department runs smoothly and correct stock is ordered.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and update your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
  • Provide support for other brands in the fleet hub as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • VWG and/or JLR experience beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, depending on previous automotive experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
