Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

AJ Chambers is representing a leading law firm in Chelmsford seeking a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and type up legal documents and correspondence, including bills of costs and completion statements.
  • Work with the Land Registry Direct system application forms.
  • Complete Local Authority, Chancel, and other relevant pre-exchange searches.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Progress conveyancing transactions efficiently, accurately, and on time, adhering to legal requirements.
  • Assist other fee earners as needed.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and clerical support for conveyancing transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documents and files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in client matters and information.
  • Handle client enquiries, including phone calls.
