Gi Group is seeking a Pre-School Room Leader to join our client's team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a Pre-School room with space for 44 children, working alongside a team of 2/3 Practitioners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an 'Outstanding' rated setting that prioritizes outdoor learning and has a genuine family feel.

**Role Requirements:**

  • Commitment to safeguarding young children
  • Understanding of the Key Person approach
  • Experience as a Room Leader
  • Level 3 Childcare Practitioner qualification or above

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement educational programs, ensuring high-quality care and education for all children.
