About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Selfridges Trafford. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
- Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
- Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
- Follow brand/store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
