Business Assurance Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Business Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading audits and providing high-quality assurance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead audits and provide assurance services to clients, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, working closely with partners and other teams to drive growth and revenue.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve audit quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality services, including financial reporting, tax, and advisory services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent.
- Previous experience in managing people and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Experience of systems/controls testing and substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
- Project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
