Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of complex IRIS software solutions, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of complex IRIS software solutions, including multiple products.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Responsible for the success of allocated projects and ad-hoc projects, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsible for keeping allocated projects updated on CRM system.
  • Resource planning to project to meet project timeframe.
  • Manage risk and issues for all projects.
  • Ensure all new projects have SoWs and that team meet project closure requirements from the support team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, adapting to the ever-changing environment and reacting quickly to overcome challenges.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
